If you asked Majelen what her music sounds like, she’d tell you it sounds like Ani DiFranco meets Ed Sheeran - acoustic doof doof for romantic nomads resulting in a backpacker’s story of adventure and love, played out on mountaintops, beaches and the Australian outback.

Trained at the Conservatorium of Music majoring in Jazz Guitar, Majelen’s acoustic sounds are the foundation of her music. Through creating her own unique playing style, utilising her right hand for both the chordal and drumming aspects of her sound, Majelen creates energy and rhythm on-stage in a manner never really seen before. 
This rhythmic technique combined with thought-provoking lyrics and beautiful melody create a joy-filled, and uplifting listening experience.

Majelen's first studio album, recorded at Abbey Road Studios London, is set for release 2024, distributed through Virgin/Universal Music Group via her own Australian based label, Liondance Records. Her music has already seen industry nods with nominations for Musician of the Year and Breakout Artist of the Year in the 2024 Gold Coast Music Awards, multiple tracks charting in the iTunes top 100 in Australia, Germany, Canada and UK; and the design of her own signature line of guitar by Cole Clark Guitars.

Majelen toured extensively throughout 2023 and early 2024 across the UK, Europe, and America and is looking forward to performing further around Australia/NZ and internationally throughout 2025.
