Cassidy Alyson is a 17 year old locally based singer and songwriter. Her style can be described as a fusion of pop, folk and indie. She has been performing professionally in Taree since the age of 14, but had appeared in performances at the early age of 7. Cassidy Performs solo with a mix of acoustic guitar songs and acoustic piano songs and quite frequently appears as the vocalist for local jazz band Syncopated Apprentice.

She is a recording artist, session musician and a regular in musicals. Cassidy recently won the Wingham Busker Muster, with her acoustic spin on popular favourites and original songs. She has been described as a world class performer who is able to captivate audiences.
